Payment Policy
* We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.  We accept payment by check, but will not be able to ship your tapestry until the funds have cleared through our bank.  We do not accept cash. 

* Tapestries may be reserved for up to 10 days for group purchase (e.g., baby shower)
 

Shipping Policy
* We ship tapestries within 48 hrs of payment receipt (except weekends).  Let us know if you need  faster service.

* We prefer to ship via UPS Ground, however other services may be available - please check our shopping cart. 
 
* All shipments are insured and tracked to confirm delivery.  A signature is required for delivery, thus we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

* If you order a shipment and refuse it when it arrives at the location you designated, a 20% restocking fee will be charged plus any freight expense involved (both ways).

* Our pre-set shipping costs are for the continental U.S.  For international or other areas, please contact us.


Return Policy
* We value your thoughts, input, and loyalty.  We will do our best to keep you ecstatic!

* You may return a tapestry (with it's original accessories, if applicable) for any reason as long as you contact us within 7 days after receiving the merchandise.  All of our tapestries are carefully inspected prior to packaging/shipping (why is it that so few companies really do this?)   Returned items must not have been used in any way. 

* Only house credit will be issued on returns.  We will be happy to exchange for another tapestry that you love.

* Please notify us immediately if a package was damaged during shipment. 

* Now & Then^TM tapestries are a complete & unique gift worth far more than the sum of individual items.  Pricing reflects the concept, products and  labor (quite a bargain at an average of 25 hrs labor per tapestry!)  You are purchasing a unique set of hard-to-find, coordinated items. 

* Please note that the size per season that will fit baby is nearly impossible to predict - that's why we make it easier for you by often including different sizes, seasons and/or styles.  We cannot accept returns of individual items because of fit or preference, but before purchasing, you can check with us about the availability of other clothing sizes.  We will try to accomodate your needs whenever possible.
